ANXIETY FREE PRODUCT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT 

By acknowledging the terms and conditions, you irrevocably agree that if Clem Kelleher, operating as AnxietyFree.ie ("the Company”), approves your purchase and grants you access to your online course ("the Product"), this agreement automatically becomes a binding contract between you and the Company. By acknowledging below, you confirm that you have read, understand, and accept all terms and conditions contained in this agreement. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time by providing you with a revised version at the email address you provided.

 

Course Access & Payment Terms

  • Upon purchase, you will receive full access to The Product, including all video lessons, materials, and self-guided hypnotherapy sessions.
  • The investment for this course is the stated course fee at the time of purchase (which may vary due to updates, discounts, or promotional offers).
  • The payment is exclusive of currency exchange fluctuations and any bank/transfer fees.
  • You authorize the Company to charge your credit card or accept your payment as full payment for the Course.
  • No refunds will be issued outside of any stated ‘money-back guarantee’ period applicable at the time of purchase.
  • You are responsible for full payment, regardless of whether you complete the course or engage with all materials.

 

Parental/Guardian Authorization & Responsibility

The AnxietyFree.ie products are designed for all individuals (including under the age of 18 - unless explicitly stated). The purchaser of the course will have full access to all course materials. If a parent or guardian is purchasing this course for a user under the age of 18, the parent/guardian:

  • Authorizes their teen user to access and use the course materials.
  • Acknowledges that they consent to the under 18 person having access to every part of the program—including videos, audios, and guided hypnotherapy sessions — which they can choose to read and review in advance.
  • Takes full responsibility for the under 18 person’s participation in the course.

While no harm can come from using any element of the program, it is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to review and approve the material before allowing their teenager or child to engage with it. The Company provides unrestricted access to the full content to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.

 

Code of Conduct & Course Participation

We are committed to providing a positive and supportive learning experience. By participating in the course, you agree:

  • To engage with the materials responsibly.
  • That the Company may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate access without refund if you become disruptive, misuse the materials, or impair the experience of others.

 

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

By enrolling in this course, you acknowledge that:

  •  All materials, content, and intellectual property belong solely to the Company.
  •  You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any course materials.
  •  Any confidential information shared by the Company or other course participants is to be treated as proprietary and must not be disclosed outside the program.

Violation of these terms may result in legal action, including injunctive relief, to protect against unauthorized use or distribution of materials.
