Who Is This Course For?
I’ve been working with anxiety, fear, sleep issues, panic attacks, phobias, behavioural and emotional problems for over 15 years. Some of the people I work with are very aware that something’s wrong and they’re ready to face it head-on. Others don’t feel they have a choice — what’s happening is affecting their life too much to ignore.
